Each class combines fun physical activities that help develop fine and gross motor skills, coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. Children learn to deal with and overcome life’s many challenges. Classes are action packed, educational and will teach students to focus through external stimulus like noise, music and movement outside of the training floor. Our instructors love to teach, love to train and love to learn. They are great role models as well as well trained professional martial artists. Stacy Hilman- Keller Williams Real Estate- “Giving back to your children one home at a time”

Stacy’s commitment to give back to Autism Cares Foundation comes from her desire to continue watching dreams become a reality for an organization that gives so much to improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. For every real estate transaction completed with individuals who mention ACF, a portion will be donated in a specified name, to the organization; making a difference one home at a time.
