It offers all the benefits of stretching\, breathing\, and mindful movement while using a chair for support and stability. \nThis makes it ideal for those with limited mobility.\nTo ensure a respectful\, comfortable\, and distraction-free environment for all participants\, we kindly ask that all students wear yoga-appropriate attire that provides adequate coverage during movement and poses. \nRegistration: https://secure.qgiv.com/for/acfactivities/event/yogachairyogaapril2026/ \nPlease note: Parent/Caregiver fees are not event tickets.
