Activities
Autism Cares Foundation provides nearly 200 diverse activities and programs annually to thousands of individuals of all ages and their families. Many of these events are funded by the generosity of donors and major fundraising events – the annual CARES Gala, annual Race for Resources and other fundraising activities. In order to cover the rental fees, admission costs, and administration overhead, please consider ways to support our organization, enabling us to continue current activities and offer new ones.
Prior to activity registration, we encourage you to read the required policies and procedures to understand age ranges, wait lists, and registration processes. If you have not already done so, please sign up for our MAILING LIST to receive the Activities Newsletter.
Activity Registration
Each month, ACF emails an Activities Newsletter and posts it on our SOCIAL MEDIA, typically between the 20th and 25th of the month, detailing activities for the following month. Specific event details include age, location, number of tickets, and a registration link through Ticketleap. Once registered, you will receive an automatic email response. Confirmation emails with all event details arrive a few days before the scheduled event from ACF. Please retain this email for your records.
Activity Policies
Please read the activity details before signing up. Details may include activity age range, location, and timing. It is important to arrive close to the start of the activity. When we host an activity, we pay and contract for a specific time and therefore ask you to please respect that timing. Families must be registered for an activity to attend. Online registration closes 24 - 48 hours prior to the activity.
If you cannot attend an activity for which you are registered, please contact us so that another individual or family from our Wait List can enjoy the activity. ACF pays on a per person basis for most activities, and a no call/no show results in wasted financial resources that could be used for another activity, or provide another family the opportunity to attend. For cancellations, please contact us: events@autsimcaresfoundation.org or 215-942-2273.
