ACF is excited to announce our newest physical activity, a monthly spin class at Cyclebar! Cyclebar is a premimum indoor cycleing class, that’s high intensity, low impact, and highly accomidating to anyone of any age and any ability. But it’s not just a class, it’s a community that places a high importance on inclusion and support.

Parents and caregivers are not only welcome, but encouraged, to join in and hop on a cycle.
