Joe Hand Boxing – Ages 17+

Ages 17 and above can enjoy some time in the gym to experience an adaptive conditioning workout in the atmosphere of an open boxing gym training facility. There will be no physical contact during this session.

*Participants may not be dropped off, Parents/Guardians must remain present for the event*
